We grow asparagus, rhubarb, okra, Gooseberries, heirloom corn, garlic, cayenne peppers, wild blackberries, black currants, etc. Everything we grow we turn into a finished product: fruit jams, coarse grain mustard, pickled vegetables, corn chips, cornmeal, grits, hominy and herbal soap. We have an on farm commercial kitchen, mill/granary, soap shop and farm store.
