Salamander Springs Farm is located on 24 acres in Rockcastle County near Berea, KY. A diverse no-till permaculture-based farm & homestead built from scratch since 2002. Salamander Springs produces a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, nuts, staple grains and dry beans for local markets, restaurants, online sales and CSA.  Salamander Springs' famous heirloom cornmeal is made from KY Rainbow dent corn developed over the past 20 years by owner Susana Lein.
