Ketelwood is situated along the banks of Lake Cumberland in Jabez Kentucky.  We graze a mixed herd of hardy hair sheep, Irish Dexter cattle and companion donkeys in a developing agroforestry setting. Our land is verified regenerative through Ecological Outcome Verification monitoring via The Savory Institute, and all of our farm operations are managed to improve ecosystem function across our family farm.  Our primary offerings are grass-fed meats and livestock, while perennial ecosystem-based products from our forest gardens and tree crops grow toward maturity.   Devoted to promoting agroecology across the region, Ketelwood also offers training and consultation in Holistic Management and Holistic Planned Grazing, as well as farm design and sustainable management planning.
