Hickory Grove Farm began in 1786 as a historic diversified family farm in Pleasureville, KY. Over the centuries, we’ve grown just about everything. Our family has always been motivated by a deep connection to the land and a commitment to raising food using regenerative and organic practices, so we can pass the farm on to the next generation in better condition than we found it. Today, I, Ryan Burnette, manage the farm and raise mixed vegetables and pasture-raised meats, including Berkshire pigs, Suffolk sheep, beef cattle, heritage-breed turkeys, and chickens. You can find our farm products most weeks of the year at the Lexington Farmers Markets and through our market-style CSA.
