Hickory Grove Farm started in 1786 as a Historic Diversified Family Farm in Pleasureville, KY. Through the centuries, the farm has grown just about everything. The Burnette family has always been motivated by a deep connection to the land and a desire to raise food using regenerative and organic practices to hand it off to the next generation better than they found it. The farm is run by Ryan Burnette, who raises certified organic mixed vegetables and pasture-raised meats, including Berkshire pigs, Suffolk Sheep, Beef, Heritage breed turkeys, and chickens. The farm offers both meat and produce CSAs through a Buyers Club. They also sell some value-added products. Find our farm products at the Lexington Farmers Market most weeks of the year.

A Farm Share or CSA program is available:Share Season: We offer a 20-week Vegetable CSA Buyers Club. Members sign up in advance and then can pick up a produce share (small, regular, or robust) each week market-style at our farmstand in Lexington, Simpsonville, LaGrange, or Louisville, KY. The farm also offers monthly pasture-raised and non-GMO meat CSA shares in the same locations.
