Restauranteurs meet farmers mixed with homegrown passion for our neighbors. That’s where Oxbow Meats gets its start. As managers of Kentucky restaurants, Josh and Stacey Westfall are always looking to source the best quality, local foods. Unfortunately, demand was higher than supply and inconsistent cuts made sourcing local meat difficult. So the Westfall’s decided to do something about it- they partnered with the friends and farmers, The Stivers, of Clear Creek Cattle Company in Nonesuch, Kentucky to create Oxbow Meats where quality and consistency come together.

From USDA to custom meat, Oxbow focuses on excellence in cuts and service. We meet with producers to discuss their products, and expectations and go the extra mile to exceed those expectations.
