At Among the Oaks Herb Farm, we grow a diversity of culinary and medicinal herbs and craft them into a line of artisanal tea blends, lemonade mixes and more. We use no-till, organic and agroecological practices to produce high quality botanicals in a reciprocal relationship with the land. When we're not growing herbs, we are organizing events to help build Kentucky's herb growing and herbalism communities. Examples of herbs we grow include: lemonbalm, peppermint, spearmint, chamomile, calendula, marshmallow leaf and root, tulsi/holy basil, ashwagandha, hibiscus, elder flowers, ginger, turmeric, yarrow, anise hyssop and more! Our herbal teas and other products are available on our website, at two farmers market locations, through our collaborative herbal CSA and at a variety of retail locations across Kentucky and beyond. CSA Program
A Farm Share or CSA program is available:
Share Season: In collaboration with Sylvatica Forest Farm (Rockcastle Co), we offer a year-round herbal CSA in which members receive four quarterly boxes of our seasonal herbal harvests in tandem with on-farm events. Registration is usually open from Dec-Feb each year.
