Mt. Folly Farm

Owned by agricultural innovator Laura Freeman, founder of Laura’s Lean Beef and now Laura’s Mercantile and Wildcat Willy’s Distillery, we are climate change activists. Our strategy is to adopt, test and measure organic and regenerative farming methods while simultaneously building local businesses and community.

We are distillers operating a small craft distillery in downtown Winchester, where we distill organic grains for moonshine, bourbon and rye whiskey. The distillery is open to host events or for free tours and tastings by appointment through www.wildcatwillysdistillery.com

We also feature our own full-spectrum CBD extracted from USDA certified organic flower, pasture-raised beef and eggs and limited seasonal produce at our brick and mortar “Mercantile on Main” store and www.laurasmercantile.com . We are branching out to carry products from other farm friends and allies including dairy, value-added apple snacks, sorghum and more.
